About Us

Fave Foods of the Famous was launched in December 2002 as a weekly column in the daily Clarion-Ledger in Jackson, Mississippi. It was created by Steven J. Austin, who has been writing and editing for entertainment, food, travel, and golf publications worldwide since 1982. Geoff Vaughan, who is also an accomplished writer, is the Producer/Webmaster. He manages distribution of the column and provides editorial support.

Fave Foods of the Famous appears in newspapers around the country. Selected columns are distributed each week by the King Features Syndicate Weekly Service to its 1300+ subscribers nationwide.
